AbilityPoint offers supportive services to assist with the transition from school into the adult world, and to thrive within the community. Our adult-oriented programs are developed to foster the greatest degree of independence possible. Special events are planned throughout the year offering many opportunities to socialize and recreate with peers.
AbilityPoint provides unique education programs and community experiences that help broaden horizons, increase self-confidence and independence, so they enjoy life to the fullest. Programs at AbilityPoint promote the general welfare, including the physical and mental health of those we serve and increase the public’s awareness and acceptance at the same time.
Throughout the year, staff and volunteers at AbilityPoint organize a variety of events to help raise money for our programs. Proceeds help us keep program costs low and allow us to provide free services and program scholarships so no one is prevented from benefiting due to financial reasons. Fundraising events encourage community members to get involved, to donate to a great cause — all while having a great time!
