Self-Advocate Potlucks and Forum
April 3 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
An event every month that begins at 5:30 pm on day First of the month, repeating until May 1, 2023
The self-advocate potlucks are for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities 18 years old and up. Everyone brings food to share based on the theme and discuss community projects and volunteer opportunities throughout the year. This year we are looking into bringing in guest speakers for learning opportunities. For more information contact Brittany-Jo Curry at 316-943-1191 ext 112.
Potlucks fall on the first Monday of the month except in June, July and September because of the holidays. In June there is a Sunday pool party on June 4 and everyone can bring a favorite dish (Location to be determined). The other potlucks will be on July 10 and September 11.
