YESS Campchella is back for its second year, bringing the energy and excitement of a music festival—kid style! Campers from AbilityPoint’s YESS program will take the stage in a lip sync battle-style performance featuring songs of their choosing.
This is part of the joyful culmination of a summer of learning at Youth Education Summer Socialization (YESS) at AbilityPoint, a one-of-a-kind program supporting children and teens with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Students from the Youth, Tots, and Teen groups will have spent the week rehearsing and preparing a fun and lively act.
Hosted at WaveICT, who generously donates their space, YESS Campchella offers a unique opportunity for students with disabilities to express themselves creatively, build confidence, and perform in front of family, friends, and fans.
