AbilityPoint was founded by parents who wanted more for their children. They had the vision of community-based services leading to the first pre-school for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the first work program for adults. Those services were the need during their time. What are the service needs of your time? Get involved in membership meetings, parent/guardian advisory meetings, and advocacy efforts. Volunteer to chaperone activities or to help with our fundraising events.
