Join us for our Mindfulness Mondays. Listen to soothing music, do low impact movements, or go to a yoga studio on some nights. Mindfulness Mondays offer an environment to show techniques to relax yourself and help release stress and calm the mind. Participants are welcome to bring a pillow or blanket to help increase their level of comfort. We provide yoga mats to anyone who may need one or bring your own. Tonight we’ll be at Through Breath Yoga Studio. Meet us at the studio. Drop off and pick up will be at the studio.
