Join us for our Mindfulness Mondays. Listen to soothing music, do low impact movements, or go to a yoga studio on some nights. Mindfulness Mondays offer an environment to show techniques to relax yourself and help release stress and calm the mind. Participants are welcome to bring a pillow or blanket to help increase their level of comfort. We provide yoga mats to anyone who may need one or bring your own. We’ll be at AbilityPoint tonight.
