Mindfulness Mondays focuses on the health and wellness of the individual. Listen to soothing music, do low impact movements, and go to a yoga studio on some nights. Mindfulness Mondays offer an environment to show techniques to relax yourself and help release stress and calm the mind. Learn to keep your body moving for healthier living. Participants are welcome to bring a pillow or blanket to help increase their level of comfort. We provide yoga mats to anyone who may need one or bring your own.
